NIU (pronounced "new") are an innovative company producing high quality electric scooters with Bosch rear wheel motors. Combining high build quality and light weight frames, and offer ranges of up to 80 miles on a single charge.  

Globally they have sold over 400,000 NIU scooters, with over 1 Billion kilometres travelled, placing them as the No. 1 electric moped in the world. 

These scooters can achieve speeds of up to 28 mph or 45mph depending on the model and all have removable batteries, allowing charging on or off the scooter.  

All of our electric scooters are road legal for adults in the UK and are equivalent to 50cc mopeds and 125cc bikes. They more than match the performance of the petrol equivalents. 

Another big benefit of electric mopeds is reduced maintenance. They are also tax free and a lot quieter. No oil, no clutch cables, no filters or fluids to check and qualify for a government subsidy.
