The most important thing after buying your bike is getting an up to date helmet.

All of us at Top Gear Ltd are huge advocates for the use of helmets, (though this is not law in the UK) no mattery where you ride, expect the worse and the worse hopefully will never happen.

Already have a helmet?
Manufacturers recommend replacing your helmet no later that 5 years though studies have increased this time to 8 years.

Use your head the right way and use it to find a helmet that's up to date and fits correctly, not to just stop you.
