FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT ELECTRIC BIKES
What forms of ID do I require?
You require 1 form of ID. Ideally either your passport or driving licence.
Do I leave a deposit for the bike(s)
No, but you are liable for the cost of any repairs or the full cost of the bike if it is stolen.
What am I responsible for?
You are responsible for looking after the bike and liable for any damage or loss during your hire period.
Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, by law riders have to be at least 14 years old, but no upper age limit.
What makes are the bikes?
We vary the makes and models from time to time but may be able to supply a particular make and model, subject to availability.
Can you deliver the bike(s) to me?
Not normally. However for an additional £25 we can deliver the bikes within 20 miles of Penryn. Or you can collect them from, and return them to our showroom in Penryn during our normal opening days and hours.
Can you drop the bikes in one location and collect them from somewhere else?
By prior arrangement we can collect the bikes for £25, or they can be returned to our showroom in Penryn.
We will deduct £60 from the price of a new bike if purchased within 4 weeks of the rental.
